I feel blessed to have a career that I can help someone achieve a goal in their life that they may have had since they were a child, owning their own home. To see a 1st time home buyer sign those closing papers and have a smile on their face that is infectious, is one of the most satisfying feelings I have, it is a true pleasure to witness. No matter what the price range, a starter town home or a luxury single family home the feeling is the same. I do believe I am doing what I am meant to do, building relationships with my clients that I believe will last a life time, folks who started out as my clients and have developed into my friends and family.

It’s quite astounding how people trust me to help them with the largest investment a family or individual will make in their life time and to know that the past seven years of training and learning the ins and outs of this business and to pass that knowledge along to my clients so they can make an educated decision on which home to choose and why. I think the real secret to becoming a success in Real Estate is to listen to what my client’s needs and wants are, and letting them know I care about them. Treating people with honesty and integrity is one of the truest ways I show clients I care, even if they may not like what they hear its best they know the truth in the beginning rather than finding out later when it’s too late.

My goal is not only to build relationships with my clients but also to exceed their expectations of what a Realtor is or what a Realtors role is. My experience and knowledge of the ever changing, always competitive market is what helps me stand out as a professional. Having the resources at my finger tips and the most updated and comprehensive technical support also helps clients build that confidence in me and my team. And I must acknowledge with out my brother Charlie Laurens, our Client Care Manager Donna Laurens and our staff I would not be in a position to deliver the absolute best Real Estate experience possible for my clients.
