For the past few years Charlie has been making available
through www.perfecthouse.com
and www.charlielaurens.com
an enhanced self service access to the local MLS listings.
This allowed you to browse at your leisure all of the
listed homes for sale in Hampton roads. We are committed
to making sure that does not change for you, our Valued

We regret to inform you that "REIN" our ONLY
local multiple listing service (MLS) has decided to
limit the amount of information available for FREE online.
Charlie Laurens & Associates do not agree and are
opposed to this action. We do not in any way benefit
from REINS Fee structure, in fact we pay approximately
$40 per month to have an HRMLS Web Site (www.HRMLS.com/charleslaurens)
and bring you this service. Our repeated, strong objections
were ignored by the Board of REIN and they have implemented
the following changes effective July 1, 2005.
OPTION #1
The FREE "Property Wizard" and FREE Hrmls
web sites will only display the photo "If Any"
, the City, number of Bedrooms and Baths and a small
amount of other features.
OPTION #2 In order to receive the mapping
feature, Neighborhood Name and enhanced feature descriptions
you will be asked to Subscribe to a monthly service
with a charge of $3.99 per month. You have the choice
of which level of information you receive at an automated
level.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY TO SEE ALL THE LISTED HOMES FOR
SALE YOU ARE INTERESTED IN!
OPTION #3
CHARLIE LAURENS & ASSOCIATES OFFERS FREE PERSONALIZED,
ENHANCED SEARCHES WITH ALL PUBLIC INFORMATION AND MAP
FEATURE EMAILED DIRECTLY TO YOUR EMAIL IN "REAL
TIME".

FOR A LIMITED NUMBER OF "CLIENTS" WE HAVE
BEEN AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE THE "EPASS" ACCESS
TO THE ENHANCED WWW.HRMLS.COM/CHARLESLAURENS
WEB SITE.
