Virginia Beach Real Estate Market

My name is Jennifer Osgood and I first began my career in real estate shortly after the purchase of my first home. I didn’t get much guidance as a first time home buyer and wanted to help others so that did not happen to them. After receiving my license and working in the field I grew to manage the first real estate office I worked for as well as represented both buyers and sellers.

I worked in Florida as a full time Realtor for 6 years. In 2003 my husband, daughter and I moved to Virginia. We found Charlie Laurens on the internet and as an agent myself, I was immediately impressed with the manner and professionalism Charlie and his staff handled our relocation process as well as our transaction. Shortly after moving here, I obtained my Virginia license and was thankful that Charlie Laurens & Associates and Rose and Womble Realty wanted me to work with them.

Throughout my career, I have come across many buyers and sellers who have had “bad” experiences with agents. It has been my pleasure to work with them and give them the “good” experience that they deserved and restore their confidence in my profession. To me, being a Realtor is not about “selling houses” but it is about moving families and helping them accomplish their goals.
